Biohotels Connect is an initiative for getting to know one another, learning from each other, networking, and thinking outside the box. FAQ for guests
The discount generally applies to the room rate, and often also to the meal plans offered, such as bed and breakfast, half board, or full board. Please check when booking whether your chosen hotel also applies the discount to your desired meal plan. granted.
The Connect discount does not apply to drinks, minibar items, à la carte meals, or chargeable wellness and activity offers (beauty & massages, excursions, courses, special offers, and other packages). Additional services are always charged at the regular price.
You are eligible for the 50% discount if you work on the team of an accommodation listed on Biohotels.de that is itself a Connect partner hotel.
You are eligible for the 25% discount if you work in another company in the organic or eco-industry.
Please note that your eligibility does not guarantee a discount. A stay with a Connect discount is subject to availability at your chosen hotel and confirmation from the hotel.
All companies with a clear focus on organic or sustainability. The 50% discount between partner hotels is based on the principle of reciprocity: Only employees and owners of hotels that themselves offer Biohotels Connect can use this discount at other Connect accommodations. No, the portal Biohotels.de is merely the initiator of Biohotels Connect , and we provide our platform for networking. Inquiries and bookings are always made directly through your chosen hotel.

In the listing management section under Partnerships & Networks, you'll find a checkbox for Biohotels Connect . If you check this box, the Connect badge will be displayed in your hotel profile, and users of our portal will be able to find you using the Connect filter.
No, a listing on the Biohotels.de portal does not obligate you to participate in Biohotels Connect . Only when you actively activate the Connect badge in your profile will you become a more visible part of the initiative.
Good to know: Biohotels Connect adapts flexibly to your occupancy : You decide which periods are bookable with Connect conditions. And you decide whether you grant the discount exclusively on the accommodation price (lodging) or also on meal plans (bed and breakfast / half board / full board).
