Description Organic hotel

At the Biohotel Schwanen in the Bregenzerwald, the food is cooked exclusively organically and predominantly according to the philosophy of Hildegard von Bingen. The almost mystical, beautiful landscape of the Bregenzerwald invites you to relax and recharge your batteries. Host Emanuel Moosbrugger is the fifth generation to run the family business, having previously spent several years traveling in New York City and San Francisco. In the organic hotel you can smell and feel the local silver fir and enjoy the architecture of the famous architect Hermann Kaufmann - from the sauna to the thinking room in the attic. The rooms offer modern simplicity paired with high-quality materials. Everything you need is there, but nothing is too much. A special highlight are the hand-carved, fragrant pine beds and slatted frames.
