Especially for people who are increasingly exhausted and exhausted or at risk of burnout syndrome. It is therefore becoming increasingly important to protect yourself, friends, work colleagues, etc. We are already seeing many 30-year-olds suffering from stress and environmental influences. Switching off and on, feeling good and winding down begins, for example, with eating in peace again. Many people who are hectic at work really have to learn this again!” Drastic therapeutic fasting doesn’t suit everyone, in the Q! During alkaline fasting, fruit and vegetables are also served. The health-conscious hotel manager, who also happens to be a yoga expert: “The appearance is not entirely unimportant when eating, the eyes should also be allowed to eat when fasting.
