Acting in the spirit of sustainability is fundamentally anchored in the philosophy, all operational areas of the hotel business, all goals and decisions, the entire value chain and all stakeholders. All employees are encouraged to participate proactively and get involved in the topic of sustainability, as it has now become part of our “DNA”. Since the topic of sustainability is very important in the company, it is part of all regular briefings, meetings and employee meetings. With the voluntary commitment to the DNK and the signing of the WIN Charter, two further important systems and reports have been implemented. Our primary cooperation with Bioland and Climate Partner is supplemented with numerous other partners and collaborations, e.g. NABU, AWG or Förster. The sum of the many individual measures creates the SCHWARZWALD PANORAMA, a holistic product that is far ahead of the current needs of the tourism industry.
