Some apartments feature a private balcony, terrace, or patio. All apartments have access to the expansive 80-square-meter shared rooftop terrace, "Azotea," with views of the sea and the city. Each unit has a unique layout and is individually furnished – much like a boutique hotel. The interiors are high-quality and stylish, featuring warm wood, striking slate floors, elegant travertine bathrooms, and custom-made solid beechwood furniture. Designer pieces – including cantilever chairs by Breuer – complete the modern, minimalist design concept. The light-filled patios of Suite Azul and Loft Rojo pay homage to traditional Canarian architecture.
