We also run four organic restaurants where the topic of sustainability is very important. This includes our new organic fine dining restaurant 1950, where we offer the world's first CO2 menu.
In addition to our restaurants, we also produce sustainable organic convenience products for retailers.

Overall impression
Einfallsreiche Speisen aus regionalen Zutaten
Wir kehren seit einigen Jahren etwa alle zwei bis drei Monate einmal beim Restaurant Rose ein u. sind stets vollauf begeistert. Der raffinierte Einfall, Fleisch zur hinzu bestellbaren Beilage zu machen, um welche das (je nach Gericht) vegetarische o. vegane Hauptgericht erweitert werden kann, hat uns überzeugt.
Für eventuelle zukünftige Gäste gibt es zwar zu bedenken, daß die Preise im Vergleich zu anderen Restaurants hoch, aber absolut angemessen sind:
Die Gerichte sind stets einfallsreich u. können immer wieder mit ungewöhnlichen Zubereitungsformen überraschen. Auch haben alle Produkte haben immer gerade Saison u. kommen aus der unmittelbaren Umgebung (Gewürze wahrscheinlich ausgenommen) - u. wie wollte ein eventuell zukünftiger Gast, befände er sich in der Rolle eines Lieferant o. Angestellter des Restaurants, wohl bezahlt werden? Wahrscheinlich in einer Höhe, welche ein passables Leben ermöglicht. Natürlich macht sich auch bei der Rose die (Wieder-)Erhöhung der Mehrwertsteuer bemerkbar; nicht indem die Preise der Portionen stiegen, sondern durch eine Verkleinerung dieser. Doch deswegen sollte man sich als Gast wohl eher an die Veranwortlichen in der Regierung wenden.
Wir sind sehr froh, die Rose entdeckt zu haben u. werden auch in Zukunft trotz einer mehr als einstündigen Anreise immer wieder vorbeikommen.
