Our 10 fully equipped apartments “with added value” are ideal for self-catering people who value freedom and independence in their “own four walls” on vacation and like to “swing the wooden spoon” themselves.
A wide range of ADDITIONAL SERVICES such as indoor and outdoor pools (30 - 38°C) for year-round water fun, sauna, fitness studio, childcare and much more are included in the apartment rental price.
The house is ideally located for summer sports enthusiasts, right on hiking and cycling trails and directly opposite the partner bike school & rental "SkiLL". The new, triple-secured "Supersafe" mountain bike garage, the bike wash area and a guaranteed car parking space directly at the Resi are available free of charge.
The extensive mountain garden complex (2.7 hectares) with outdoor pools, swimming pond, ball sports field, children's playground, etc. offers an incredible amount of space and open space. Indoor pools, fitness studio, sauna world, relaxation rooms, electric charging station (green electricity), body care products in the bathroom in organic quality and much more round off the feel-good offering!
We're giving you the summer JOKER CARD: FREE use of the cable cars, the valley train, the hiking bus, up to 10 guided hikes per week, tennis, access to the region's attractions, and much more... With the JokerCard, bikers get 30% off Discount on the bike ticket, which allows unlimited use of all cable cars including bike transport.
For winter sports enthusiasts, everything in the hotel and right under your nose: ski slopes and lifts, partner ski & snowboard school with sports shop and many VIP benefits right across the street, ski bus stop on the doorstep, guaranteed free car parking space at the hotel, ski pass sales point in the house, and much more.
Especially for CHILDREN:
Free children's club for ages 3 and up, partner children's ski school and children's bike school, indoor play areas, table tennis, table football, air hockey, tobogganing and snow slides, baby equipment rental, separate children's sauna area and much more.
"Kids" ski courses (full day) from approx. 4.5 years, "Minis" ski courses (2 hours in the morning) from approx. 3 years at our partner ski & snowboard & bike school SkiLL with equipment rental just 80 m from the hotel . Ski rental for children up to 10 years and ski pass for children up to 6 years free all winter.
Our special ski school service for families: your children will be reliably brought back to the hotel by the ski instructors at the end of the course.

The RESI is the small sister hotel of the organic-certified garden hotel Theresia****S, which is right next door, and therefore allows all Resi guests to use the entire infrastructure of the "big sister". Note: Comprehensive catering (breakfast, half board...) is only offered when booking a room or suite in the garden hotel.
