Description Organic hotel

LA VIMEA is the first purely vegan hotel in Italy and is quietly located in Naturns near Merano. The hotel has its own nature park with a natural swimming pond. No animal products are used at this hotel.

Vegan, organic cuisine:
Go on an organic vegan holiday. Alpine-Mediterranean cuisine is organic, seasonal and exclusively vegan. We attach great importance to healthy, honest and natural ingredients from the region. Our drinks are also vegan.

Holisticly vegan:
The special thing about the Hotel LA VIMEA: The hotel is not only vegan in terms of cuisine, but holistic. For example, you sleep in light-flooded, elegant rooms with natural larch floors and moonlit solid wood and cover yourself with FAIRTRADE organic cotton blankets. The cosmetics (shower gel, soaps, hair shampoo) are also organic and cruelty-free. This also applies to the detergents used to clean the towels.

Indoor & Outdoor:
You will find a natural swimming pond in our park. You can relax in our hot stone lounge, in the saunas, in the saltwater indoor pool, in the relaxation room and on our sunbathing lawn.

Yoga and meditation:
Take a meditative vacation. Yogis offer daily yoga sessions. With us you can enjoy yoga both outdoors and indoors. For an ideal start to a relaxing day.

  • Description of the gastronomy: Some of our products, which are as seasonal as possible, come from our own production, the rest are sourced from local farmers.
    In the morning we serve an organic vegan breakfast buffet and in the evening a 5-course gourmet menu. The dishes are not only organic and vegan, but also sugar- and soy-free and low in gluten. There are no typical vegan “substitute products” here - and if they are, they are handmade! The wines come from small, organic vegan winemakers, as do the hoteliers themselves. Many vegetables are home-grown and organic (e.g. pumpkin, zucchini, beetroot). The transport distances when purchasing products are kept as short as possible by purchasing from local farmers. We completely avoid pesticides.

All rooms and suites are equipped with a private balcony or terrace. The beds are provided with 100% Fairtrade organic cotton bed linen. The extra long duvet is made of Tencel fibers. Our WaterLily mattresses are biodegradable. There are no sockets in the head area of ​​the beds.

    Veganes Paradies!

    Habe ein paar Tage in dem Hotel verbracht und was soll ich sagen....himmlisch! Veganes Essen, vegane Getränke, aber auch im Zimmer alles vegan: Keine Daunen, kein Leder, tierversuchsfreie Shampoos. Herrlich!
    Das Hotel dürfte vor kurzem renoviert worden sein. Alles neu, sehr viel mit Holz in den Zimmern. Traumhaft.
    Mal ein Hotel, das zur Gänze vegan ist und nicht nur beim Essen. Da schlägt mein Herz höher. Weiter so!
    Ansonsten: Tolle Landschaft, tolle Umgebung, sehr feiner Park mit Naturbadeteich (!).
    Schnallt euch an, ihr seht mich auf alle Fälle wieder!
