Description of the organic hotel features:
With us you don't just reserve a simple overnight stay - with us you reserve the three pillars of the organic refuge: healthy sleep, organic cuisine and unique experiences!
The houses in Schmilka have been renovated in an ecologically friendly manner, and the guest rooms are furnished according to building biology standards: with soaped wooden floors, natural colors and textiles, natural latex mattresses and an electrosmog-free room climate.
What should be emphasized is the holistic focus on organic and health. This is also reflected in our year-round cultural programs - the so-called rituals. A variety of experiences await you - morning yoga, guided hikes, herbal workshops and sound meditation. But guided tours of the historic mill and the in-house brewery are also a must.
The offer is rounded off by a natural healing practice in which alternative practitioner and nutritionist Norbert Schützner offers a diverse program of therapeutic massages and wellness treatments. - Facebook site

Just let your mind wander…
When lovingly renovating the bathhouse, we paid attention to holistic design and building biology - the walls are plastered with clay, chopped hay and quark, the local wood was only soaped, so that the wonderful scent of wood has a completely relaxing effect. A sauna infusion made from purely essential organic oils makes every sauna session a pleasure. The gemstone water ensures that you can drink enough and thus keep your body's water balance in balance.
The panoramic sauna attracts with its wonderful view of the picturesque Mühlenhof. Enjoy our Finnish sauna (90°C) or relax in our organic sauna (65-70°C). - Health applications

Description of health applications:
A naturopathic practice in the Bio-Hotel Helvetia, supervised by alternative practitioner and nutritionist Norbert Schützner, guarantees conscious health programs. He treats using natural healing methods, the principle of which is to revitalize the body and encourage it to heal itself or prevent serious illnesses.
Everyone is welcome in the practice, be it to treat yourself to a massage to relax, to do something good for your body, or to get rid of complaints. Since every person reacts differently to their environment and therefore has different treatment needs, Norbert Schützner tailors the therapies and applications individually to your body. Using alternative natural healing methods, he determines the level required for your balance. - naturopathic practice

- Description of hotel and room facilities: The organic and national park refuge Schmilka is a so-called "Alberghi Diffusi" - from Italian: scattered hotel. That is, rooms. Apartments, holiday flats and houses, the reception as well as the restaurants and factories are not housed in the same building. The town of Schmilka becomes an actual hotel: rooms and holiday apartments are scattered throughout the town and not, as usual, lined up along a long corridor on several floors.
