The tranquil natural harbor of Gustow and our waterfront houses are located on the southern coast of Rügen, just 9 km from the historic old town of the Hanseatic city of Stralsund. On the other side of the Rügen Bridge is the seaside resort of Altefähr with its barrier-free beach.
So that you can find your way to us easily and comfortably and make the trip even more worth seeing, we have tips for a particularly beautiful journey.
Gustow can be reached via the old Rügen Bridge (Ziegelgrabenbrücke) as well as the new Rügen Bridge or by ferry. It's particularly nice to take the Glewitz ferry to Rügen - from Stahlbrode on the mainland, the White Fleet ferry takes you to Glewitz on Rügen. From there it is only 17 km to Gustow. This path takes you through small villages in the sleepy south of the island: via Puddemin with the small harbor and Poseritz, from where your journey finally takes you to Gustow.
