Don't forget your running shoes - you can discover East Frisia not only by bike, you can also explore our region on foot. You can choose our house as the starting point for your running route, alternatively routes along the dike are very popular with our guests - and with our Reichshof running team. For several years now, we have also been lacing up our running shoes and taking part in fun runs and races for everyone.
