In the heart of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, in 17154 Neukalen, close to the moorland meadows of Lake Kummerow, we offer you new opportunities for vegan breaks, vacations, education and events.
The Vegan Resort has its own direct forest access for hikes and walks. This borders directly on the largest fen area in Western Europe.
There is also our vegan organic half board. Breakfast is always freshly made and includes hot and cold dishes. The dinner always consists of three courses and is a surprise for you every evening, as we always come up with something delicious and then present it to you. This is the only way to ensure maximum freshness and handmade cuisine.

After Apollo Dirk died, we took in a young sow. Her name is Libera. On October 25th, 2022 we had to euthanize Laghertha because she could no longer move due to her rheumatism from years of factory farming.

Our core collective agreement with the NGG union applies at the Vegan Resort. As a vegan company, it is our union duty to be a positive counter-example in one of the most precarious industries. This is unfortunately a unique selling point.

Organic half board at the Vegan Resort
We offer you our homemade vegan organic dishes on site at the Vegan Resort.
There is always a fresh organic breakfast buffet with cold and warm components. Every morning with different components. This way we prevent a standard hotel buffet. It is also freshly prepared in the morning. We would never use packaged foods or other convenience foods.
In the evening we offer an organic three-course menu in the buffet. We don't have a fixed menu and don't want to take part in the traditional gastronomy nonsense. Due to our experience in vegan organic catering, we have countless starters, salads, finger foods, main courses and desserts in our portfolio, so we can cover a wide range. At the Vegan Resort you will simply be surprised by what is available with every meal. Please let us know if you have any intolerances when booking and these will be taken into account accordingly. In short, you get our high-quality organic restaurant quality and always a varied and creative vegan organic menu. If you have an appetite and you like it, the advantage is that you can get a second helping at the buffet. In normal restaurants this involves ordering again, waiting times and higher costs. With us everything is included.
We would never use ready-made dry mixes, convenience food, pre-produced frozen goods or other common and unfortunately widespread tricks of the catering and food industry. Our aim is to implement high-quality cooking, so that you only get restaurant quality organic catering from us. The industry assumes that around 80% of providers work with industrially prefabricated convenience goods. We always serve home-cooked meals.
