- Description of activities: The yoga classes, meditation and mantra singing offered support you, beyond stress and everyday life, in perceiving your inner core during your yoga break so that you can return home relaxed and full of energy, with new knowledge and spiritual inspiration. We offer a wide range of seminars to practice yoga in all its dimensions - from health to working on the mind and psyche to spiritual-religious finding of meaning. "Live simply - think sublimely" - This is one of the mottos of Swami Sivananda, one of the great yoga masters of the 20th century, in whose Yoga Vedanta tradition we live and teach.
