Haus Sonne is organically certified and is run in a committed ecological manner: vegetarian cuisine - vegan or gluten-free on request (ingredients from organic farming), solar modules for electricity and organically furnished rooms. The garden supplies mainly berries, apples and herbs. Bread and rolls are freshly baked.

Haus Sonne is located in the middle of the hiking paradise of the Southern Black Forest Nature Park. The Belchensteig, voted Germany's most beautiful hiking trail, leads past our house, as does the Westweg for hikers and mountain bikers. The 100 km long-distance hiking trail Schonach-Belchen a few meters from Haus Sonne.
Water lovers will get their money's worth in the newly expanded Schönau swimming pool (approx. 7 km) or in Nonnenmattweiher, Schluchsee or Titisee. House sun insiders can refresh themselves in the well-hidden, natural pools of the Aiternbach in summer.
The Swiss border town of Basel offers cultural highlights with its world-famous museums, the recently renovated art museum, the Fondation Beyeler and Art Basel, which attracts the entire world's art scene to the Upper Rhine in spring.

Haus Sonne is located in beautiful nature in the middle of the Southern Black Forest Nature Park at just over 1000 meters with a wonderful view over the Wiesental.
Hiking, cycling, relaxing, painting, reading, cross-country skiing or snowshoeing in winter - the house and landscape invite you to linger, enjoy or exercise in every season. Hiking trails and cross-country ski trails start right outside the front door. Geographical and cultural-historical lectures are also available upon request. We are happy to arrange guided hikes, snowshoe tours and cross-country skiing courses.
Not only can you leave everyday life behind you and regenerate by hiking, cycling, running and relaxing in the good Black Forest air, you can also turn to alternative practitioner Eva Wollweber if you finally want to treat yourself to some time for your body during your holidays or if you want to have a thorough check-up . -

... by car:
From the north (A5 Karlsruhe–Basel motorway): Bad Krozingen exit towards Staufen. Via Staufen, Münstertal to Wiedener Eck. Wiedener Eck right towards Aitern/Belchen. After about 5 km turn left towards Aitern (not to Belchen). After about 350 m, in Multen, turn left (large sign: Haus Sonne) to our parking lot.
From the east (A81 Stuttgart–Singen motorway): Bad Dürrheim motorway triangle on A864 and B27/33 towards Donaueschingen. After Donaueschingen turn off onto the B31 towards Titisee-Neustadt and Freiburg. Before Titisee turn off onto the B317 towards Feldberg/Basel. Via Feldberg and Todtnau towards Schönau. Before Schönau junction, make a 90° left turn straight uphill towards Aitern/Belchen. Via Aitern and Holzinshaus to the green Multen town sign. After about 10 m turn right to our parking lot.
From the southeast (border crossing with Switzerland Koblenz/Waldshut): Via Waldshut, St. Blasien, Bernau to Geschwend (junction B317). On the B317 towards Schönau. Before Schönau junction, make a 90° left turn straight uphill towards Aitern/Belchen. Via Aitern and Holzinshaus to the green Multen town sign. After about 10 m turn right to our parking lot.
From the south (Basel): B317 from Lörrach via Schopfheim, Zell to Schönau. After Schönau turn left towards Aitern/Belchen. Via Aitern and Holzinshaus to the green Multen town sign. After about 10 m turn right to our parking lot.
... with public transport:
Via Freiburg: Train via Bad Krozingen to Münstertal, bus to Wiedener Eck or to Obermulten or Kirchzarten - Todtnau - Belchenbahn. On the Deutsche Bahn website, enter “Belchenbahn” as your destination (“our” stop is the last one before the “Belchenbahn” stop) and either Münstertal or Kirchzarten as an intermediate stop. If you are coming from the north, do not go via Basel (a big detour) but change in Freiburg.
Via Basel: Train from Basel to Zell, bus via Schönau to the Aitern junction or to Multen.
There is an extremely cheap long-distance bus from Munich every day that travels via Friedrichshafen to Titisee. You can use public transport from there to reach us.

Was ganz besonderes...Natur pur
Wir waren 2 Nächte, Ende August zu zweit in diesem wunderbaren Haus.
Es ist fast unmöglich das Komfort und die Ursprung der Natur in einem zu verbinden.
Hier ist es herrlich gelungen. Familienatmosphäre und Discretion, Ruhe und wunderbare Begegnungen , sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Mahlzeiten und persönliche Gespräche.
Danke für unvergessliche Zeit im Haus Sonne!
