Over 75 percent of the world's population is lactose intolerant

The best-known foods that contain lactose are milk and dairy products such as cheese, butter, yogurt, quark, etc.

But why do so many people actually suffer from lactose intolerance? The answer is quite simple: people are not calves. Lactose intolerance is a completely natural intolerance to breast milk that develops in most people after the end of infancy. A human body is not designed to consume milk from an alien species. People with lactose intolerance do not have an illness or allergy at all, but it is simply completely normal that most people cannot tolerate breast milk from a cow .

Lactose-free food is natural

Lactose is not natural for adults. In nature, milk serves as baby food for young animals to grow as quickly as possible and absorb the necessary nutrients. Breast milk contains nutrients , cholesterol and growth hormones that are optimally tailored to the needs of the offspring.

A large number of scientific studies show that the consumption of animal milk and dairy products promotes the growth of cancer cells in humans. Growth hormones in milk are therefore directly linked to cancer .

What to do if you have lactose intolerance?

Lactose intolerance

It is enough to simply stop consuming milk so that symptoms typical of lactose intolerance such as flatulence , nausea , diarrhea , etc. no longer occur. Simply switch to a naturally lactose-free diet. The healthiest and easiest way is to replace dairy products with plant-based alternatives . There is not a single reason to continue consuming dairy products after infancy.

Humans need milk - but only as infants

Infants, i.e. human children, need their mother's milk while breastfeeding. After weaning from the mother's breast, there is no longer any reason to consume milk and milk products (especially not non-specific milk from another animal species).
