Overall impression
Entspannende Wohlfühltage in der Arche
Die Lage des Hotels ist abseits der Touristenströme, mitten in ursprünglicher Natur. Zu den kristallklaren Seen kann man laufen, wir konnten sogar im September noch baden gehen! Die Küche ist ausgezeichnet, es wird auf Eigenanbau und Bioqualität gesetzt. Die Herzlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter ist hervorzuheben, genauso wie die angebotenen Wellnessanwendungen. Wir kommen wieder!

Enttäuschung
Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist miserabel.
Im Bad befand sich am Waschbecken eine Miniseife. Für die Dusche gab es weder Seife noch Duschgel. Auf Anfrage gab es die Auskunft, man könne sich am Empfang eine Seife kaufen.
Am Samstag wurde man informiert, dass das Zimmer nicht gereinigt würde, da das Personal frei habe. Das kann auch für ein religiös orientiertes Hotel nicht akzeptiert werden.
Im Zimmer befand sich weder ein Radio noch ein Fernseher, geschweige denn ein Safe (Drei Sterne Hotel).
Die kleine Duschkabine war völlig vergilbt.
