Description of sustainability:
The manor house was completely restored according to building biology principles, taking into account the beautiful old building structure - the result is an architectural jewel in harmony with the environment. It's still quiet here and a real starry sky sparkles at night. Peace and connection with nature you can touch. You can experience this not only by taking a walk through the wide fields, but also by looking out the window - no matter which room you live in. The ecological profile is reflected on all levels of the house.
Stylish, cozy, ecological and with a wide view of the picturesque nature - that's what characterizes the 30 rooms in the Hotel Gutshaus Parin! 14 rooms are in the manor house, 16 rooms are in a new building (pine house) right next to the manor house. Lots of wood of selected, certified quality and tasteful colors ensure a relaxed and homely atmosphere. All rooms are allergy friendly: the bed linen is made from untreated cotton, the duvets and pillows are filled with wool. In addition, all rooms are reduced in electrosmog. -

Most of the ingredients come from our own farm (Bioland). There are also gluten and lactose free dishes. Purely vegetarian food (including vegan and gluten/lactose-free). The rustic vaulted cellar with its rustic wine bar, winter garden and terraces in all directions is an ideal setting for every occasion. Meals are also taken here. - Description of hotel and room facilities: Stylish, cozy and thoroughly ecological – that’s what the rooms are like! 14 are in the manor house. Each room is individually designed. Lots of wood of selected, certified quality and tasteful colors ensure a relaxed and homely atmosphere. The furniture is made of high-quality white-washed oak, decorated with natural textiles and stands on oak floorboards. A further 16 rooms are housed in a new building designed according to ecological criteria. These rooms are equipped with pine wood furniture. This wood has a particularly pleasant smell and ensures a high level of well-being and a pleasant sleep. Electrosmog has been reduced in all rooms. And they all have one thing: this undisturbed view of wonderful nature! Every room has a DSL connection. Network cables are available to borrow at reception. This service is free for you. You can use WiFi in the seminar rooms or in the restaurant area. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house. Dogs can stay overnight in selected rooms in the Zirbenhaus. We charge €10.00 per day for cleaning. We offer you an overnight stay including breakfast in a single room from 66 euros, and an overnight stay including breakfast in a double room from 144 euros.

Arriving by car from Hamburg The best way to reach us is via the A1 Hamburg/Lübeck. At the Lübeck junction (No. 31) change to the A 20 towards Rostock. Leave the motorway at the Grevesmühlen exit. From there take the country road towards Boltenhagen. In Rolofshagen turn right to Parin and follow the road to Parin. From there you first drive through the upper village to the lower village, where you can see the manor house from afar. Arriving by car from Berlin The best way to reach us is via the A 24 Berlin/Hamburg. At the Schwerin triangle (No. 13) change to the A 14 and drive to the Wismar intersection (No. 9) and there change to the A 20 in the direction of Lübeck. Leave the motorway at the Grevesmühlen exit. From there take the country road towards Boltenhagen. In Rolofshagen turn right to Parin and follow the road to Parin. From there you first drive through the upper village to the lower village, where you can see the manor house from afar. Arrival by train You can also find all information about environmentally friendly travel by train and train savings offers from the tour operator Verhart Reisen. We will pick you up free of charge from Grevesmühlen train station between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Ask for a RIT ticket when booking. With Deutsche Bahn's Environmental Plus you can travel with green electricity from renewable energies. We charge a service fee of €3 per ticket.

Ruhe, Stilund köstliches Essen
Ende Januar 2013 war ich im Rahmen eines Seminars bei Ihnen zu Gast und kann nur sagen, dass es sehr spannend, freundlich, köstlich war. Von meinem Zimmer war ich höchst begeistert. Das Restaurant war eine Attraktion, die Lage besonders entspannend (eine Oase, besonders im Winter), wir konnten in den Saunawagen zum Schwitzen gehen und mit dem geliehenen E-Auto an die Ostsee fahren.
