Romania is our newest Biohotels.de country! With the Wolkendorf Spa & Bio Hotel, we welcome our first organic hotel in Romania.

• Corvin Castle – a Gothic architectural marvel: Located in Hunedoara, the castle is one of the largest in Europe and fascinates with its dramatic architecture and rich history.
• Cultural diversity & museums: Experience the atmosphere of Transylvania in cities like Sibiu – home to the country's oldest art museum, the Brukenthal National Museum .
• Mystical nature & modern connectivity: Mist-shrouded forests, legends of vampires and Gothic castles: Transylvania is enchanting – and thanks to a new airport near Brașov, it is now easier to reach than ever.

Travel tips for Romania: In rural areas, you should carry cash, as cards are often not accepted. Be aware of different payment methods; pharmacies close early, and an international driving permit is recommended for driving, as well as being well-prepared for sometimes challenging road conditions.
