It's time to truly unwind. Take time for peace and quiet, for doing absolutely nothing for once. Enjoy the edge of the forest, the tea kitchen, and our wellness area. How about a sauna visit on Friday evening, followed by a restful night and a leisurely breakfast the next day, perhaps a short walk? The highlight: a full-body massage in our beautiful wellness area, followed by an hour of floating. Our i-Sopod, a floatarium made in England with a fascinatingly modern design, offers the opportunity to float on a 25% saline solution with Epsom salt at body temperature. Underwater music and light effects enhance the relaxation. If you like, you can also close the lid, switch everything off, and be completely at peace with yourself. "A shortcut to meditation," is how our English partners describe the experience. Simply doing nothing, absolutely nothing. No reading, no music, no media, just BEING – wonderful. Afterward, our wellness area offers a relaxation room with a tea bar to help you slowly return to reality.
