YOGA vacation days in 2020
What is yoga? Balm for body, soul and spirit. In our hectic times, yoga with its various aspects represents a source of calm.
The body's mobility is promoted, breathing - our elixir of life - is intensified and the immune system is cleansed and strengthened. The physical exercises are called asanas. They strengthen and stretch the muscles and help you feel better. The breathing exercises are called pranayama. They increase our life energy (prana), cleanse the respiratory tract, help control breath and calm the mind.
The relaxation that occurs between the asanas is called savasana. All of this in combination helps to relieve tension, increase concentration and deal with stress better. Our own body awareness is sensitized, our breathing flows deeper and more consciously - we feel more balanced and alive.
Yoga is a way to find yourself. And to be able to deal better with the changes in life and body. During the yoga class you consciously perceive your body and come to terms with yourself step by step. Take a deep breath and slow down in the middle of the Kleinwalsertal mountains - in a powerful place of energy - the Oswalda Hus.

- Arrival day: Welcome and evening yoga 90 min (4:30 p.m. – 6:15 p.m.)
- Morning yoga 60 min (7:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m.) and evening yoga 90 min (4:45 p.m. – 6:15 p.m.)
- Departure day: Morning yoga 60 minutes (7.30 a.m. - 8.30 a.m.) then breakfast and drive home or spend another few days of vacation at Oswalda Hus
